A Full Day Adventure
Mount Semeru is the highest mountain in the island of Java. This active volcano attracts a lot of tourists ever year with its magnificent camping site at Ranukumbolo. Taking a night camping at this site will take you halfway to the peak of Mount Semeru. Reaching the top of it, you will feel the outstanding view overlooking to the rows of clouds underneath you. This trip is very adventurous, make sure you have a good stamina climbing up!

Trip Itinerary
Day 1
ARRIVAL SURABAYA – RANUPANI
Selamat datang!
Arrival at Surabaya International Airport. Meet & greet with our tour guide, transfer to Tumpang Village and change with local 4WD Jeep and next continue to Ranupani. Late afternoon, arrive at Ranupani and overnight at local homestay.
Day 2
RANUPANI VILLAGE – RANUPANI – RANUKUMBOLO LAKE – KALIMATI
After take a permit from National Park, you will start trekking to Kalimati campsite by pass through the Ranukumbolo Lake. Stay overnight in dome tent at Kalimati campsite. Our guide team will cook for your meals.
Day 3
KALIMATI CAMP SUMMIT MT SEMERU – KALIMATI – SURABAYA
Early morning climb to the summit of Mt. Semeru (3,676 M). It will take 4 hours ascending the sandy path and rocky stone. After take a picture at the top Mt. Semeru, back to Kalimati and Ranupani Village. Continued to Malang/Surabaya for overnight stay.
Day 4
MALANG/SURABAYA – DEPARTURE
Breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport for departure.
