BOROBUDUR-PRAMBANAN

Discover the amazing Borobudur and Prambanan temple which illuminates Central Java. Our English speaking guide will escortes you to Indonesia’s most impressive monuments. Borobudur constructed around 800 AD, after Borobudur, the 9th century Prambanan temple complex is Yogyakarta’s most prized site. Like Borobudur, it’s been recognized with UNESCO World Heritage status. The Prambanan Archaeological Park is home to over 500 temples. Some 240 make up the Prambanan group; others fall into other groups, including Sewu Temple and Lumbung Temple.

TRAIN ADVENTURES-LAWANG SEWU

Trying to dig down the history of railway industries of Indonesia by exploring Ambarawa Railway Museum and Lawang Sewu. The museum preserves 21 steam locomotives, with four still operational. There are some old furnitures, telephones, and train signals and bells are also part of the collection that could reveal exciting stories about old Java adventures. Here you can experiences riding a vintage train for 1 hours and seeing the beautiful landscape of central java along the way. Then we will bring you to the Lawang Sewu. It was built by the Dutch between the years 1904 and 1907 and functioned as head office for The Dutch East Indies Railway Company (Nederlandsch Indische Spoorweg Maatschappij) until 1942. During World War II, the building was used as Japanese Military Headquarters. It is located on the Tugu Muda roundabout, in Semarang, capital city of Central Java.
