Tour Terms and Conditions
www.dwitours.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is owned and operated by PT Dwidaya Wisata Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). The Website serves as a platform providing both general and specific information to the public who use its services and/or access it (referred to as “Customers”). The Company values its relationship with Customers, especially regarding the personal information they share (referred to as “Personal Data”). Below, we explain how we collect, use, and process identifiable Personal Data in connection with the services offered through the Website.
By submitting and entering Personal Data on the Website, Customers knowingly consent to the use of their Personal Data by the Company for purposes related to their use of the Website. This consent is explicit and provided electronically.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that the prices displayed on this site will be free from system errors or interruptions that might result in inaccurate or unreasonable pricing, potentially causing misunderstandings during the booking process. In such cases, if payment has been made, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel the booking and will only guarantee a refund for the amount paid.
- Cancellation more than 3 months before arrival incurs a 30% charge of the total sales.
- Cancellation between 3-1 months before arrival incurs a 50% charge of the total sales.
- Cancellation between 30-15 days before arrival incurs a 75% charge of the total sales.
- Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival incurs a 100% charge of the total sales.
DWI TOUR disclaims all responsibility in case of cancellation due to acts of God (force majeure) events such as (but not limited to) extreme weather conditions, accidents, fog, strikes, earthquakes, volcanoes, tsunamis. Clients will not be entitled to any compensation for the loss of the tour. If the tour is delayed by force majeure events, clients will not be entitled to any compensation for the partial loss of the tour. DWI TOUR will not refund or compensate for the delayed time but will propose to amend the program on the day according to the most probable and most convenient alternative.
Our company cannot be held accountable for any illness, accidents, or incidents and their consequences that our clients may undergo during the trip.
Clients must take out suitable travel insurance to participate in a tour organized by DWI TOUR. While DWI Tour’s vendors have common public liability, DWI TOUR does not provide any personal insurance. Clients are wholly responsible for arranging adequate insurance coverage for medical expenses arising from illness or accidents during the trip and for the loss of holiday monies due to cancellation and curtailment of the holiday for insurable reasons.
All departure and arrival times provided by the airline are estimates only. They may change due to air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions, operational or maintenance requirements. DWI TOUR is not liable for any changes to the flight schedule. DWI TOUR is not responsible for any losses suffered if the client is delayed and misses any flight.
The date change of a tour will be considered a cancellation, and a new booking will need to be made. Cancellation fees are applicable.
DWI TOUR is not liable in case of any damage or loss to the client’s belongings.
