On December 1, 2023, Vistara, India’s premier full-service carrier and a collaboration between the Tata group and Singapore Airlines, commenced daily non-stop flights between Delhi and Bali. The inaugural flight, operated by Vistara’s A321LR aircraft, took off from Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi at 00:30 Hours (IST) and landed at Denpasar International Airport, Bali (DPS) at 11:05 Hours (WITA). Vistara’s A321LR, featuring a three-class seating configuration, boasts modern interiors, in-seat power/USB charging ports, an advanced In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) system, live TV, and onboard Wi-Fi to enhance the overall in-flight experience.
Vinod Kannan, Vistara’s CEO, expressed excitement about being the exclusive airline to provide direct connectivity between Delhi and Bali, highlighting the growing significance of Bali as a preferred destination for both leisure and corporate travel. The President Director of PT Angkasa Pura I (AP1), Mr. Faik Fahmi, welcomed Vistara to Bali, emphasizing the historic significance of this long-awaited flight route connecting India and Bali.
